Dust Treatment

We design, produce and install two different types of dust suction systems:

Wet system

This type of system is composed by: fan, cyclone separator, Venturi, suction boxes and air valves.
The positioning of the suction boxes is designed considering the production needs and the maintenance of efficiency. The boxes are linked to Venturi tube, where water is injected into the air in order to capture the dust. After, into the cyclone separator, occurs the separation between water and air, which is then expelled by the fan.

Dry system

We offer a type of system that is ATEX regulation free, thanks to its conformation and the properties of the filter, and we also guarantee an important energy saving, as it doesn’t require compressed air to clean the filter. This type of system comes already with a dust compactator. For the remaining parts of the system there aren’t any differences: it’s composed of suction boxes and all the other required accessories to make it work properly.
